4WD or chains are required during winter months due to potential snow on the 500-foot driveway.
The driveway is not plowed, so please plan accordingly for snowy conditions.
HOUSE RULES
No Pets Allowed: Due to severe allergies in the owner’s family, pets are strictly prohibited. Guests bringing pets will be asked to leave without a refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
Guest Contract: A signed rental agreement is required prior to gaining access to the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
