Tucked behind the Historic England House, this alluring home is settled right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff!

The extraordinary England House Cottage has a prime and central location. It is less than 20 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, half an hour to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express Experience, 45 minutes to the stunning scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon to the grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks, and only a 1 ½ hour drive to the South Rim entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!

Be welcomed to England House Cottage by a beautifully landscaped property. The traditional wooden-paneled cottage stands at the back of the property. Past the front door is a quaint sitting area to your right and a kitchen to your left.

The fully functional kitchen has an oven and stove, a microwave, a traditional coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Table and chairs for four is on your right. The living room has two couches and a cable connected TV for your entertainment. Past this open space, you will find the full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A washer and dryer are located in the hallway for your convenience. The downstairs bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and lovely décor that makes you feel right at home. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, also boasting a queen bed. On the landing is a day bed with two twin mattresses.

There is also a queen air mattress. 

There is a private and enchanting patio behind the cottage with a table and chairs, along with a barbecue grill. Whether you are enjoying the exterior patio or relaxing inside, this cottage is sure to top off your vacation.

Please note that the Historic England House was built in 1902 and is a historic treasure. The traditional and charming cottage was built at a later date. The England House may also have Guests onsite.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. A $50 pet fee applies.

There are cameras on the outside of the property facing the front driveway and back. 

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
