Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a charming reading nook, an ideal space to curl up with your favorite book or discover something new from our library. You may even find a small flat-screen TV tucked inside the nook. Feeling inspired? Our adjacent designated workspace provides a comfortable environment to get things done.

The home's A-frame style, with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers excellent views. The U-shaped couch surrounds a coffee table facing a flat-screen smart television. A country-style dining table with seating for eight sits just beyond the living space, leading to the kitchen on the left.

The kitchen boasts stunning quartz countertops, a 2-barstool peninsula, and stainless-steel appliances. This fully stocked space is perfect for making memories and includes a double oven, microwave, traditional and Keurig coffee machines, tea kettle, dishwasher, and double basin sink.

To the left of the kitchen entrance is the on-site washer and dryer, followed by the first bedroom and bathroom. A queen-sized bed sits in the middle of the room facing a flat-screen smart TV, with sliding door access to a lovely outdoor area. The adjacent bathroom features luxurious tiling, a walk-in glass shower, and a single vanity.

Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms and bathroom. The second bedroom, located at the top of the stairs, has a queen bed facing a flat-screen smart TV and a dresser. To the right is the second bathroom, another beautifully tiled space with a shower/bathtub combination and a single vanity. The third bedroom, at the end of the stair landing, features two twin beds, a dresser, and yet another flat-screen smart TV. There are five flat-screen televisions in total. There are wardrobes for hanging clothes in addition to the dresser drawers in the upstairs bedrroms.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and face/body soap. There is an iron and hair dryer onsite.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, herbs, spices, oils, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

This family friendly home also has children's toys, children's books, stroller, high chair, and a pack 'n play.  

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

Pets are not permitted. 

No parties or events are permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
