This warm, stylish, single-level home accommodates up to eight visitors and is the perfect Flagstaff get-away! Superb location, LARGE corner lot, gorgeous interior and inviting backyard with central A/C will ensure that your Northern Arizona vacation will be a big success! This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,850 square foot+ home provides everything needed to turn an ordinary trip into an extraordinary adventure.



Step inside and be greeted by amenities galore! The front family room is an ideal place to enjoy a rousing game of pool on our grey-top billiard table or enjoy the upright Arcade with multiple classic games, where up to 4 players can battle it out! There is also a Smart TV mounted on the wall, for your enjoyment.



The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, has beautiful tile floors that look like hardwood. There is also a large, L-shaped couch, perfect to lounge on, while enjoying time with family and friends. For those chilly nights, the gas fireplace below the TV provides ambiance, while keeping the area warm and cozy.



The kitchen is conveniently situated close to both family rooms. It is also adjacent to the door, leading out to the backyard. This bright and spacious area is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, Dolomite countertops and island, marble backsplash and custom cabinetry. A traditional brew style coffee maker, ample dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, cookware, four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock-pot and toaster are also provided. There is a propane grill outside.



Moving outdoors, the fenced-in backyard is a great place to enjoy some peace and relaxation. You can spend the night sharing stories around the fire pit or enjoying a game of Cornhole. There are multiple seating areas, including a swing chair, available for your use.



The master bedroom includes a king-size bed. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a Dreamline door and dual vanities.



There are three guest bedrooms. All are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with full size beds and one includes a queen bed.



The second full size bathroom is located next to the guest bedrooms. There is a walk-in shower with ceramic tiles, and a single vanity.

Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort- 30 minutes

Morman Lake is a 15-minute drive

The Flagstaff Urban Trail- walking and bike trails with access located further down the street.



Nearby are plentiful mountain trails and beautiful forest scenery to enjoy hiking and biking trails. Lakes, off road trails, and outdoor activities also abound. Within driving distance are the Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Museum of Northern Arizona and the Lowell Observatory (Pluto was discovered here!)

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee. Cats are not permitted.



There is no smoking allowed on the property.



There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the outside of the property.  There is also a Ring floodlight camera that faces the backyard. 



There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.



Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm.



There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.



A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
