You’ll find a 4-burner gas range, refrigerator with icemaker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, above-the-stove microwave, toaster oven, knife set, waffle maker, rice maker, hand mixer, blender and a Keurig coffee maker.

Adjacent to the dining area, is a charming patio, complete with 4 chairs, gas fire pit and gas grill.

All of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of this home.

Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
