An established, southwestern-themed home right on the golf course, perfect for your family vacation.

This southwestern decorated home is centrally located in the Country Club in Flagstaff, perfect for Northern Arizona exploration! It is just a few miles south east of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, just 30 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, half an hour drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, 45 minutes down one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon to the grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks and only a 1 ½ hour drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!

Our quaint home is sure to please, boasting one-of-a-kind views of the golf course! The front door opens to a unique indoor faux-planter space and spacious living area. Decorated to represent all that the southwest has to offer, the living room has a Roku-connected TV, a large, stone, wood burning fireplace, a small bar area, and four incredibly comfortable chairs and sofa, surrounding a stunning wooden table. 

Off the living room, you will find our dining area, complete with a table and chair set for 6 under a chandelier. You will pass a shadowbox with ancient arrowheads while entering the kitchen, which holds another table to seat 4 as well as a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, trash compactor, and refrigerator! Off the kitchen is a small porch perfect for enjoying your morning meal.

Down the hallway to the right of the front door, you will find two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, and a full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub. A second half-bathroom can be found near the kitchen.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with king sized bed, a crib for the little ones, and a sizable master bathroom with a beautiful shower/tub combo and two sinks. The vanity mirror offers plenty of lighting to complete your morning routine.

There are two additional air mattresses, a queen and a twin. 

In both the master bedroom and the kitchen, you can open up the shutters to look upon the living room and connect with one another.

In the backyard, you will have gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains, as well as a grill, table and chairs for 6, and cornhole.

The laundry room holds a washer and dryer for your convenience.

House Rules

• Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week on Tuesdays and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm -  9 am
• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
• This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. 
• For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
• Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.

Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation.

• No access to the garage. 

There is a Ring Camera on the outside of the property.
There are cameras on the outside of the property. There is a camera at the Front Door and Garage camera. The Nest thermostat, the owners are able to control on their end. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
