The living room soars to impressive heights, adorned with intricate staircase details. Before sinking into the sectional sofa to enjoy a movie on the TV above the cozy fireplace, indulge in the mini bar, featuring two bar fridges.
Our garage boasts a universal EV charger, catering to guests with rented or personal electric vehicles.
Step outside to discover a sparkling pool that can be heated upon request, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, fire pit for the evenings and a relaxing cabana hang-out area. For those seeking active fun, you'll find Ping-Pong, Foosball, a Pool Table along with a TV hang-out spot.

Going upstairs, you’ll be greeted with the 3 remaining bedrooms and the shared bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub combo.

- Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily.
- Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
- Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
- Pack N Play: $40 p/item
- High Chairs: $40 p/item
Home Rules
- Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
- A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
- This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
- For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
